The Kvantis knowledge center
A reasoned map of the supply chain: for each domain, the concepts, the indicators, the players, the tools, the certifications and a video library where every piece is chosen and commented by Kvantis.
The domains
Each domain opens with the full Atlas standard: we prefer one territory treated in depth to ten skimmed.
Forecasting demand, aligning plans, deciding at the right rhythm: the domain that commands all others.
Explore the domain ›A.02Sizing, distributing and replenishing: the permanent trade-off between cash and service.
Explore the domain ›A.03Category strategies, supplier performance, securing the upstream.
Explore the domain ›Warehouses, networks, last miles: the physical flow and its costs.
In preparationFrom clean data to useful models: what actually works, far from the hype.
In preparationMapping vulnerabilities, preparing for shocks, sizing robustness.
In preparationFootprint, traceability, return loops: the constraint that becomes an edge.
In preparationCash conversion, total cost, tied-up capital: the chain read through finance.
In preparationSkills, roles, governance: the human factor of operations.
In preparationERP, APS, digital twins, automation: the tool landscape and its tipping points.
In preparationThe principle
The Atlas does not reinvent knowledge: it selects, orders and comments it. Three rules govern every page.
Every referenced piece has been watched or read, and kept for a reason written in black and white. A link without a critical reading does not enter the Atlas.
The French version references francophone content, the English one anglophone content: never the same videos translated, two corpora built separately. Both versions stand on their own; neither is a copy.
No account, no wall: the Atlas is open, because the knowledge it references does not belong to us. To follow additions, The Coordinate is enough.
